MESH TYPE BELTS

Many type of products such as fabrics, T-shirts, Sports wear, Printed circuit board, Broad range of paper, Cardboard, Leaflets, Brochures as screen printed. Our MC 36 CON LENO PTFE GLASS BELT, edge reinforcement with MC 10 NP is most commonly used for above application.

 

BELTS FOR COLLLAR FUSHING MACHINE:
Mahavir Corporation is also manufacturing PTFE Coated glass cloth belts for all different types of collar fusing machines. We make belts with and without buttons, with eyelets, in Black colour, Brown colour, Black-Brown colour. Their special joint and the belt can withstand 250oC to 300oC and give a superior non-stick surface.
COLLAR FUSING SCREEN PRINTING DRYER

COVERING OF DRYING AND SIZING CYLINDER:
Our PTFE COATED FIRBRE GLASS ONE SIDE ADHESIVE FABRIC MC5NPOSA is used for covering of drying and sizing cylinder. Which offer long term non-stick surface and eliminate the build-up of sizing, dye and lint on cylinders or "dry cans". Covering of rolls can be repair by patchwork, which eliminate long down time associated with other surface treatments.
 
 

NON-WOVEN FABRICS:Many non-woven fabrics incorporate resin systems to bind the product together. These resins are normally sticky and usually required processing at elevated temperature. These combination has led to many application that depend on PTFE COATED GLASS FABRIC BELTS.

PTFE COATED FIBREGLASS MC 10 NP COND and MC 14 NP COND belts are used in machine that laminate foams to various textile fabric using heat to thermally bond the composite together.

OPEN MESH BELT MC 36 P LENO to carry non-woven fabric through a drying oven to effect a cure.

NON-woven rubber backed carpeting for cars, Belts used are MC 10 NP COND and MC 14 NP COND.
